- The main activities of the project was on motivation, training, information dissemination, technical and financial assistance for raising nurseries, cultivation, sustainable collection/harvesting, storage, processing, packaging, marketing and linkages with collectors and farmers and strong communication network among all the stake holders dealing with herbal-medicines.
- Strengthening existing institutions (CBOs/ SHGs/ Farmers Cooperatives) Strengthened 17 SHGs, 4 farmers groups and 1 Cooperative.
